I've not been back since my uncle Bum passed in the '60's; I wanted to make it back before they tore down my Great grandpa's log cabin with a center fireplace, smokehouse and spring up on a hill. The roads back then were all dirt or mud depending on the season; but a wagon could always make it down to Barnetts Creek Post Office and General store. All gone but the memories and some of those are fading
